CRUD de contactos comerciales. El rol va en types.

types acepta SHIPPER, CONSIGNEE, CARRIER, FORWARDER, NOTIFY_PARTY, BROKER, IMPORTER, EXPORTER, AGENT y WAREHOUSE. Si se omite, queda SHIPPER. CLIENT no es válido. clientId vincula el contacto a un cliente. En un PATCH, clientId null lo desvincula. El listado acepta search, isActive, types, clientId, linked, unlinked, sortBy, page y limit.
